Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. As with all online shopping, there is potential of shipping delays, please allow a reasonable time for your order to arrive (5-10 business days dependent on location).
Update 15/3/2024: Our online store is currently shipping worldwide as a trial run for international sales. Please contact us and let us know if you have any issues placing your orders and we will rectify the issue as soon as possible.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Most orders under 21kg will be sent via Australia Post. All tent pole, custom pole and large bulky items will be quoted per order and sent by other Australian Carriers such as TNT, Couriers Please, Toll, Aramax or Allied Express. Please contact us for more info.
We offer weight / cubic weight calculated shipping rates up to 21kg for Standard Australian Post Parcel Services & up to 5kg for Express Post Services. Please contact us if you need a freight quote for larger orders. Note: Cart will show pickup only if you exceed 21kg
Some bulky items are inclusive of freight charges and will display as free freight in check out i.e swag packs & rope packs.
If additional items are purchased at the same time as a bulky item, standard freight charges will also apply as per table below.
All custom made camper frames and pole orders will be quoted freight per order.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup by appointment only.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 0 to 2 business days unless for custom products. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickups are by appointment only, we will confirm a time with you that suits. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not ship to PO boxes, please provide an alternative shipping address. Alternatively parcel lockers or a suite number at Australia Post are suitable parcel delivery options.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please refer to the Refund Policy here
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible (via chat or contact details shown in the delivery) with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
