This is a reminder that all Poles Apart office staff will be on leave between the 11th - 17th January. All online orders received during this week will be dispatched on our return on the 18th January. We will do our best to reply to emails and phone calls during this time.

All pole or custom frame orders will now be made after 9th Jan when the factory staff return from holidays. All orders for parts, accessories, ropes and pegs will continue to be dispatched until office staff have annual leave between 11th - 17th January. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to all!

To all our new and loyal customers, Poles Apart will be taking a short break from dispatching online orders during the Victorian September school holidays to spend quality time with family. No orders will be dispatched from Thurs 22nd Sep to Sun 2nd October. If you require parts and accessories for the holiday period, please ensure your order has been submitted prior to 22nd September.
